Usually when Insurance agents speak to people most of us get annoyed due to their sales tactics. However, I didn’t feel any sort of forced selling or tricks from Piran from day one as he was handling my queries very well and provided me with detailed responses as well as shared his opinions as well.

I guess from the initial connection I had with him, I was analyzing and comparing and I was in two minds for almost a year. Once I signed up and then the next day told him not to proceed, still he didn’t get annoyed. He continues to maintain a good relationship. During this period, I’m sure he would have felt like I will not proceed with the insurance with him, still, he was answering all my questions. Never hesitated to respond to my silly clarifications.

Finally, when I decided to onboard almost after a year, he acted really fast and arranged everything in just one day.

I should also mention that, while in touch with Piran, I was also checking with other agents in other companies. I had to block some of their numbers as I was getting so many calls from them and they were doing force selling.

Now it has been a year since I started the policy, he was proactive to remind my next premium and he still continues to keep in touch which is very important in such an industry. I am sure Piran is an asset to AIA and I will continue referring him within my network.
